Vanir Construction Management Inc. says that it has hired architect Gary Simon as area manager for the company’s Los Angeles office. Randy Britt, who has been serving as interim area manager, will continue serving as Vanir’s chief sustainability officer.
“We are excited for Gary to join the Vanir team in this senior leadership role in a critical market for our clients,” said Vanir’s chairman and CEO, Dorene Dominguez. “Gary is a proven, respected leader in our industry with decades of experience in the Southern California region.”
Vanir says Simon will lead all aspects of business operations for the LA office, including business development, client relations and the day to day execution of business contracts.
“I’m excited to join the Vanir team,” Simon said in a statement. “Vanir is known for its successful project delivery and exemplary client service, and I look forward to expanding our work in key sectors in the Los Angeles area, including education, health care, justice, transportation and water infrastructure.”
