Strong growth in California say top contractors

A recent ENR survey of 400 of the nation’s top contractors shows strong growth in the California building sector.

ENR says those top 400 contractors generated a record $373.98 billion in contracting revenue in 2017, an increase of 2.1 percent from 2016’s $366.41 billion.

Included in that growth is the University of California Merced 2020 project which is in the final 1.3-billion phase – part of the university’s three-part campus expansion.
