The Santee City Council approved the construction of a new 42-unit condo development on a three-acre lot located on a dead-end dirt road, NBC San Diego reported.
The complex, proposed by City Ventures at 8707 Caribbean Way, will include six two-story buildings with five condos in each and three buildings with four condos in each.
There will be two parking spaces inside a garage assigned to each condo unit. The developer said there will be an additional 13 parking spaces for guests.
