Selma proposes 7-story residential building in Hollywood

Selma Place LLC is seeking permission to build a seven-story residential building in Hollywood.

On August 6, The Real Deal reported that the company filed a request with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning for the 51-unit building at 6753 W. Selma Ave.

Selma Place purchased the property for $3.24 million in May. The company’s plans call for the demolition of an existing 10-unit apartment building on the site.
