Watt Communities and Presidio Residential Capital recently broke ground on a new gated community in Los Angeles.

Dubbed New Heights, the property in the San Fernando Valley will feature 43 single-family homes, according to Multi Housing News.

Located at 22135 Roscoe Blvd., the lots will range in size from 1,900 to 2,290 sq. ft. at the site. The property is situated within 30 minutes of downtown Los Angeles.

Construction of the $25-million community is slated to begin in December 2018.
