Bird’s eye view shows construction progress on Google’s new $5 billion complex

Here’s a bird’s eye video showing construction progress of Google’s new California headquarters, designed by Bjarke Ingels and Thomas Heatherwick.

Photography company The 111th shot the footage of the new Mountain View campus in November, as the project reaches its mid-way stage. The project’s estimated cost is about $5 billion.

The design comprises a series of rectilinear modules, described as pavilions, covered by a vast canopy.
