Jamison Services proposes 157-unit building in Koreatown

Jamison Services plans to develop a 157-unit building and nearly 12,000 sq. ft. of commercial space in Los Angeles’ Koreatown.

The developer has  filed its plans with the city for approval. The project will be located at 744, 752 and 762 S. Serrano Ave. The site is currently a parking lot, reports the Los Angeles Business Journal.

In November, Jamison was granted construction permits for a 13-story office building at 2500 Wilshire Blvd. The project will feature 248 residential units with ground level retail.
