Core Companies plans to build housing project in San Jose

Core Cos. has proposed a residential project in San Jose.

The housing complex at 1301 W. San Carlos St. at the corner of Race St. would affordable homes, reports The Mercury News.

The project would create 230 residential units as well as add ground-floor retail and gathering areas for the neighborhood.

No information was available about the construction timeline.
