Construction on the Thatcher Yard development in Los Angeles is set to kick off in 2020.
Featuring 98 units of affordable and supportive housing for senior citizens and formerly homeless families, the project is expected to start construction in the third quarter of 2020 with completion in the second quarter of 2022, reports Yo! Venice.
The over 100,000 sq.-ft. project is a private-public partnership developed by Thomas Safran & Associates. It will offer 68 units for seniors in one two-to three-story building and 30 units for families in several one- and two-story buildings.
