Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the impending arrival of the new NFL stadium and Crenshaw/LAX Line has heightened developer interest in Inglewood, Livabl_ reports.
Two of the projects are from Pulte Homes, including Parallel and Icon at Grace Park. “Grace Park is a master-planned community with exclusive amenities, including a private clubhouse, community pool and integrated paseos,” the developer reports.
Meanwhile, Ward Schurr plans a project with 20 three-story townhouses at 113 W Plymouth St. The project was recommended for approval in late March, assuming it adheres to 12 conditions put forth by Inglewood’s Economic and Community Development Department, Livabl_ says.
Finally, Harridee Development Group plans a significant project at the former site of Daniel Freeman Hospital.
While the developer last year sold a portion of the sprawling 18-acre property to Pulte Homes, which became the now-under-construction Grace Park community, it plans on its own to turn the remaining remaining parcels into a collection of 226 new single-family condominiums. The two developers plan to collaborate on the common amenity spaces.
