$34.5M construction loan secured for condo project in Pasadena

Marcus & Millichap Capital, a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, is offering a $34.5 million construction loan for a 48-unit condo development in Pasadena.

The loan will be used by “undisclosed developer” to construct the six-story, 62,075 sq. ft. building.

The project, which is expected to complete in 2021, will have a swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor entertainment area.
