Latigo Group secured a $59 million construction loan for its 142-unit multifamily development northwest of Los Angeles.
The company started construction on the mixed-use project in Thousand Oaks. The 3.2-acre, mixed-use project will provide 9,820 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail and 239 parking spaces, Multi Housing News reports.
The four-story property is being built at 299 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., just north of U.S. Route 101. It will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities include a 3,000-sq.-ft. fitness center, pool and garden courtyards.
