Phoenix Development and Irvine-based Integrity Housing have commenced construction on Dutton Flats Apartments project in Santa Rosa.
The once vacant lot at 214 West 3rd St. will become home to a 41-unit affordable, multifamily complex consisting of 11 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units and 15 three-bedroom units.
Community amenities will include a community room, laundry room, technology center, bike kitchen, fitness center, children’s activity room and a centrally located picnic/BBQ area.
The proposed site plan includes 41 onsite parking spaces, and the proposed total unit count reflects a 30-unit base density plus 11 additional units from a 35% State Density Bonus that has been requested.
The property is being built by Precision General Commercial Contractors, designed by KTGY Architecture and Planning and will be managed by FPI Management.
