Ketter Group proposes 30-unit apartment building for Picfair Village

Ketter Group has proposed a new apartment building proposed for Picfair Village, a neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles.

The proposed development could bring 30 brand new apartments to 1550-1556 South Fairfax Ave., according to Livabl.com.

An application to Los Angeles City Planning calls for a six-story residential building with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, including three affordable units for extremely low-income households. There would be eight one-bedroom units, eight two-bedroom units and 14 three-bedroom units, ranging from 700 to 1,201 sq. ft.

The building will provide parking space for 51 vehicles and 33 bicycles.
