Construction begins on logistics center campus

A joint venture between CT Realty and PGIM Real Estate have started construction on a five-building, 206-acre logistics development in California’s Inland Empire.

The Agua Mansa Commerce Park will span 4.4 million sq. ft. in the city of Jurupa Valley in Riverside County, with shell completion of the first building set for summer 2021, reports Commercial Observer.

The project includes three buildings with more than 1 million sq. ft., and two buildings with approximately 200,000 sq. ft.
