Sola Impact has proposed an 84-unit Opportunity Zone project in South Los Angeles.
The Real Deal reports that the project at 11630-11646 South Main Street in Broadway-Manchester, would include 10 units for low-income residents.
Sola purhased three properties at that location earlier for $980,000. The company claims to be the largest Section 8 landlord in the area. The Opportunity Zone federal program provides tax incentives to developers who build in distressed neighborhoods.
