Construction has started on a three-building industrial project at Tracy Logistics Park in San Joaquin County, in what is described as one of the last remaining large development sits at the heart of the Central Valley warehouse and distribution market.
Sacramento-based Alston Construction is the general contractor for the project with a total of 1.026 million sq. ft. of office and warehouse space in three buildings consisting of 210,000 sq. ft., 800 sq. ft. and 309,000 sq. ft.
Seefried Industrial Properties are developing the site in a joint venture with Clarion Partners LLC. The developers purchased the 76-acre site last January for an undisclosed amount, Connect California Commercial Real Estate News reports.
