Engstrom Properties is building a new Grocery Outlet in Paradise.
Construction has started for the store at the former site of CVS at 6800 Skyway Rd., reports Action News Now.
The store will be “owned by independent owner-operators based in the local community and will be announced closer to the store opening,” according to the report.
Construction is expected to be completed in fall of 2021.
