Construction begins for Pony Express Senior Apartments in Vacaville

PEP Housing, in partnership with EAH Housing, is beginning construction on a 60-unit affordable senior housing project in Vacaville, reports the Daily Republic.

The project, dubbed Pony Express, will bring 60 new units of affordable housing for extremely low and very low income seniors and seniors experiencing homelessness in Vacaville.

Merritt Community Capital Corporation will provide $14.2 million in tax credit equity capital to this critically needed development in Solano County.

The project is expected to complete construction in late 2022.
