We are requesting bids for Toyota R&D – Gardena Office Renovation project located at 1630 186th Street, Gardena, CA 940248. The project renovation is for 25,000 sq ft of existing two-story office building. Scope includes selective demolition, buildout of new office spaces, restrooms and exterior accessibility improvements. Construction starts late August 2022 with an eight-month duration. This is a Union project.
The Boldt Company is seeking for subcontractors to fulfill the goal of 10% MBE/WBE participation for this project.
