At the heart of CNU’s planned campus, is a 14-story, 730,000-sq. ft. hospital building to be constructed in the first phase of the project.

The city issued a permit for the demolition of the five-story, 390,900-sq. ft. structure, according to Sacramento city records. Newark-based Ferma Corp., is doig the work, estimated at $5.5 million.
