Insight Pacific awarded up to $15B Air Force civil engineering contract

Insight Pacific LLC, of Brea, Calif., has been awarded a ceiling $15 billion firm-fixed-price, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide construction services for the Air Force Civil Engineering Center.

The contract covers design-build and design-bid-build services across a wide range of work classifications, including sustainment maintenance and repair, restoration and modernization, minor construction, military construction (MILCON), other procurement construction, and demolition.

Work will be performed at various locations worldwide. The contract’s performance period runs through July 6, 2035.

The award was made through a competitive acquisition process that drew 33 offers.

Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $3,000 are being obligated at the time of award.

The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Joint Base Lackland-San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity.
