PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC is leading the construction of the second phase of Pacific Coast Collection in Oceanside. Phase two includes Buildings 1, 2 and 4 of the business park, totaling approximately 278,000 sq. ft. The project is slated for completion in the spring of 2019.
The project consists of Building 1 at 109,163 sq. ft. with a 30’ clear height and 14 dock doors; Building 2 at 51,102 sq. ft. with a 26’ clear height and 5 dock doors; and Building 4 at 117,528 sq. ft. with a 30’ clear height and 14 dock doors. The buildings are concrete tilt-up with an open-web steel girder and joist roof structure, exposed steel beams and storefront-glazed entrances. The buildings are suitable for distributors and manufacturers and feature combination asphalt/concrete parking lots. Each building has its own fully landscaped detention pond. An estimated 50 jobs will be created at each completed building.

Gabbert and project manager Aaron Scherer are overseeing the project for PREMIER. An investment platform sponsored by the Black Creek Group, LLC owns the property. The McDonald Group is the construction manager; HPA, Inc. is providing architectural services; Miyamoto is providing structural engineering services; RPM Engineers, Inc. is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing services; and NorCal Engineering is providing geotechnical engineering services.
