Bowe Contractors has received approval to build an office building in Tehachapi.
In a recent meeting, the Tehachapi Planning Commission approved the architectural design and site plan submitted by Bowe to construct a 3,400-sq.-ft. office building on a parcel located on Bailey Court, Tehachapi News reports.
The proposed craftsman-style building will be used as a main office location for the company and for future storage and tenant space.
No details about the construction timeline were disclosed.
