Ratkovich Company and Jerico Development, the developers of the 42-acre San Pedro Public Market, said they will push the project groundbreaking to 2021 due to the COVID pandemic, reports the Long Beach Post.
The $150-million San Pedro Public Market will include restaurants, shops, a market hall, year-round events, playgrounds, parks, courtesy slips, public promenade and more. It will be developed in multiple phases.
The design team is led by Rapt Studio and includes James Corner Field Operations.
