Stirling Capital to build warehouse distribution center in Victorville

Stirling Capital Investments says construction will commence on a new 819,964-sq.-ft. industrial facility at Southern California Logistics Centre (SCLC).

The LEED0designed center will serve as a future warehouse and distribution hub for a multinational consumer products company. It is expected to generate 100 jobs at SCLC, a 2,500-acre commercial and industrial complex in Victorville.

The new building will be located on a 43-acre site and will be fully occupied upon completion, currently anticipated in May 2022.

Stirling will break ground on the new facility this month. The structure is designed to achieve LEED certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. Key features include energy efficient design and construction, 40-foot clear height, as well as a smart temperature control system.

Fullmer Construction has been selected as the general contractor.
