The Lake Elsinore City Council has unanimously approved a 60-unit condo project in Canyon Hills, Patch reports.
Tri Pointe Homes will build a gated condo community, dubbed Ridgeline at Westridge, at Railroad Canyon Rd. at Tassel Way.
The 60 detached two-story condo units will feature three different architectural styles (Spanish Colonial, Santa Barbara, and Craftsman), and three different floor plans ranging in size from 1,793 sq. ft. to 2,288 sq. ft.
