Work starts on MOVE Culver City project

Work is starting on the MOVE Culver City project to decrease traffic and increase transit in the Los Angeles County community.

Construction contracts have been awarded to CalStripe Inc., Crosstown Electrical and Data, Inc., and LNI Custom Manufacturing for the removal of existing striping, installation of new striping, installation of bus and bike platforms, and asphalt art treatment along Culver and Washington Boulevard from Duquesne Avenue to La Cienega Avenue, the city says.

The work will be done along Culver Boulevard and Washington Boulevard from Duquesne Avenue to La Cienega Avenue and will include removal of existing striping, installation of new striping, installation of bus and bike platforms, installation of transit and bike signals, and painting asphalt art.
