Cityview has completed construction on a 243-unit mixed-use project in Los Angeles’ Historic Filipinotown. Belle on Bev, announced in early 2023, includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, 3,500 square feet of commercial space, a club room, pool courtyard and spa terrace and community garden courtyard.
The project at 1800 W. Beverly Blvd. received density bonus incentives to permit a larger structure than would typically be allowed by zoning rules. As a result, 21 of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments will be set aside for rent as very low-income housing.
AC Martin, WPIC Construction and Nadia Geller Designs were partners on the project.
