Construction has begun on a seven-storey mixed-use development at 11905 Wilshire Blvd. in West Los Angeles that will add 81 new residences near Wilshire Boulevard and Westgate Avenue.
Build Group has been selected as the general contractor for the project, which will include ground-floor retail and restaurant space and one level of underground parking.
The development will replace an existing strip mall and surface parking lot with a new building designed to improve the site’s street frontage. Plans include outdoor patios, a renovated sidewalk and additional trees.
The project is being developed by Radha MFH CAL, LLC and Radha Group, with Willow Street Capital involved in the development vision. Cumming Group is providing project management services, while Carrier Johnson + CULTURE is the architect.
Build Group said the project will require close coordination because of its complex, design-driven nature and prominent location.
Construction is now underway, with completion estimated for September 2028.
