Adobe is preparing to build a fourth office tower in downtown San Jose.
The company already owns a three-tower headquarters campus in downtown San Jose near Park Avenue and South Almaden Boulevard and is preparing to begin construction of the fourth building on an adjacent lot by the end of June, reports The Mercury News.
The tower, dubbed the North Tower, is expected to break ground in late June. The 650,000-sq.-ft. tower would rise on West San Fernando St. next to State Route 87. A pedestrian bridge over West San Fernando St. will connect the new high rise with the existing headquarters complex.
The building is expected to feature ground floor retail, offering about 8,100 sq. ft. space, according to information that Adobe sent to the city.
Construction is expected to complete by sometime in 2022.
