Live, Work, Create Equity has secured $44.5 million in C-PACE construction financing for a new 126 multifamily development in Koreatown.
Located 2870 W. Olympic Blvd., the seven-story building will also feature a retail portion and a parking garage on the ground floor.
Designed by EWAI Architects, the project is expected to begin construction this summer.
