KT Urban proposes transit-oriented mixed-use project in San Jose

Cupertino-based KT Urban has filed a site development permit with the City of San Jose for mixed-use office development.

Called Woz Way Offices, the 1.8-million-sq. ft. project will be built at 280 Woz Way in San Jose.

Working with C2K Architecture, KT Urban plans for the project feature two 20-story towers housing 6,000 sq. ft. of retail and 30,000 sq. ft. of outdoor terraces over multiple levels.

The 2.93-acre site will also include four levels of parking below grade and four above grade for a total of 1,215 spaces.

Located near the convention center, the Children’s Discovery Museum, and several light rail stations, as well as entrances to Hwy 280 and Hwy 87, the transit-oriented project is currently scheduled for groundbreaking in 2021.
